What was the biggest lesson you learned this year
and how will it reshape your future?

Countdown to 2021!

We did it! ūüė© We survived what will undoubtedly go down as the most consequential, baffling, shocking, painful year ever in modern human history (at least in the past 100 years!).

Although we've continued to due events virtually (albeit significantly back compared to our usual hectic event schedule pre-pandemic) we've missed our live events with our innovation community filled with brilliant people who are passionate about emerging technologies and figuring out the future, together. We've heard from quite a few community members expressing how much they miss live events, letting us know they are okay, and sharing their hope that we can reconnect physically in the future, post-pandemic. The good news is there's a light at the end of the tunnel. There always is!

JOIN US for a thought-provoking conversation (and a happy reunion for members!) that will explore the most important lessons we've all learned this year and how we might develop a strategy that will help us to succeed in 2021 and beyond. We want to know what you've learned, how you will use those lessons to propel yourself forward, and how you are thinking about the future (especially the technological future). We can't wait to hear and share your feedback (fill out the survey below if you'd like your 2020 lesson to be included in the discussion)!

Since we first launched in January 2017, our mission and tagline has been: Figuring out the future, together. If you've been with us through the years, you know that we've been preparing people for the post-pandemic future since before the pandemic. Check out just a few ways we've done this:  5 Times We Predicted Tech Tipping Points and Prepared People for Them!

We've invited a few of our favorite past speakers and members of the community to join us in this discussion which will be moderated by the Tech 2025 management team. Some of our discussion points will include:

  • The most important lessons we learned this year;
  • Developing a plan that will¬†guide¬†us into the tumultuous, technological future;¬†
  • What to expect in 2021 and how to stay¬†focused;
  • How, next year, we can level up with continuous learning, create new opportunities, and expand our network while socially distancing and working from home; and
  • How technology innovation has changed drastically due to the pandemic and which emerging technologies will now be the most crucial for us to learn and embrace in the next 5 years.

This is will be an informal (but informative and enlightening) conversation open to everyone. It's on a Friday afternoon so come as you are (at the end of a long week), connect (or reconnect) with others in our breakout sessions, and start your weekend with good food for thought and a bit of positive motivation!

Goodbye¬†2020! We'll miss you! Um... NOT!!¬†ūüôĄ
