3D Roundtable: Mike Nicholls (hosted by Dropbox Designs)
3D is a working group with a mission to diversify Dropbox Design by including and empowering Latinx and Black designers.
3D Roundtables are recurring virtual gatherings for Black, and Latinx designers focused on discussing barriers to entry and success within the Design industry. In each session, we feature a Black or LatinX designer who introduces their background and discusses how they’ve tackled a particular entry barrier in their career. The group can then participate by asking questions or sharing their strategies and challenges.
We’ll be kicking off our roundtable discussions with speaker Mike Nicholls, talking about imposter syndrome and finding your focus.
