AC MakerSpace: Laser Cutting 101 [3D printing]
Interested in customizing nearly everything you own? Want to learn about new technology? A laser cutter is an incredibly powerful tool!
In Laser cutting 101, you’ll learn how to find or create designs and how to safely operate our laser cutter and etcher.
Perfect for cutting and etching almost any sheet material, our Dremel LC-40 laser allows your imagination to run wild; etch any photo into wood or acrylic, cut precision parts for your model, create cool new coasters, decorations, clocks or watches. The list is endless. Once you understand the power of the laser as a tool for creation there is no end to the possibilities for creativity and customization.
