Our innovation driven biodesign workshop series were created to introduce new entrepreneurs in our community of the innovation process and evaluation of a basic need in the field of life science. Our workshop series will address important topics from finding a need in the market to developing the idea and successfully going through to regulatory affairs. This free online course is open to everyone from different scientific backgrounds (such as engineers, scientists, physicians, or business experts). The series will inform you on current medical innovation processes. Our workshops include a brief introduction and interactive sessions where individuals will have case studies that will be addressed throughout the course.

At the end of our workshop, successful participants will be awarded certificates of attendance. This workshop series will be held on Tuesdays from 6pm -8pm CST with the following dates

June 7: Introduction and Needs Finding

June 21: Needs Statement and Screening

July 12: IP Strategy

July 19: Market/ Competitive Analysis

Aug 2: Value Preposition

Aug 16: Regulatory Overview

Aug 23: Workshop Day

Aug 31: Demo Day
