Brainstorming the city of the future: addressing social and mental health challenges with data and technology
The world has come to acknowledge the important role mental and social health plays in achieving societal goals. Technology and data can help in understanding and tackling mental health issues especially for those most vulnerable and live under unfavourable social, economic and environmental circumstances.
This is the first of our brainstorming and “fireside chat” session to discuss the issues that modern cities are facing.
For this session, Professor Irene Ng will be having conversations on social and mental health challenges and the role of the city, data and technology. She will provide an understanding of what data and technology can do today for market creation, coordination and access to resources to help with the seeding of ideas for the Elyria hackathon at https://hackfromhome.com/elyria
Bring your perspectives, ideas, experiences and expertise to discuss community ideas that can be worked on further during the Elyria hackathon.
