Building a Future Ready Enterprise (IE Mexico)
Find out the digital and data capabilities needed to be prepared for the future
In the last years, many transformational factors have pushed companies to move towards digital enablement and helped them create better advantages, from increased customer experience to enhanced operational efficiency and lower costs.
A bit more than a year ago, the Covid pandemic accelerated that trend even more, increasing the competitive disadvantage of those companies that were yet not embarked in digital. Companies that had been working to be future-ready, in a world in constant change, were better prepared for the transformation.
What is the situation now? How can companies continue becoming Future-ready? Which are these factors that can enable better preparedness? In this session we will focus on some of them around digital and data capabilities with Professor Casimiro Juanes.
For those of you based in Mexico City, we will stream this master class at our local office. If you want to attend the event face-to-face and do some networking, let us know.
