Join Dayna Morgan, COO of BRITT RADIUS and Brian Fuchs, VP Revenue & Growth of Matrix Solutions to discuss the implications of these recent announcements as they relate to environmental and regulatory processes, Indigenous and stakeholder engagement activities, and sustainability initiatives.

As Vice President, Revenue and Growth, Brian Fuchs is responsible for building successful relationships with Matrix clients and identifying emerging market trends and opportunities. He supports the acceleration of growth and diversification of the company’s revenue base by ensuring our technical teams are focused on delivering valuable solutions for emerging client challenges. Brian has 15+ years of professional experience with a background as a Principal Engineer specializing in environmental planning, assessment, and regulatory approvals. He excels in leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists that evaluate complex problems and then articulate clear and practical solutions. Brian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a professional engineer.

Described as a natural leader, ambitious, innovative and a continuous learner, as COO, Dayna oversees all services and operations making our company’s vision a reality. Her focus areas are leading strategic initiatives, elevating our service solutions, refining process and systems, and generating opportunities for growth and continuous learning. With over 20 years’ experience at BRITT, Dayna pulls from on-the-ground experiences to mentor our team and clients. She received her certificate in Land from Mount Royal University, has extensive Project Management training, completed Foundations in Public Participation through IAP2, and has completed numerous industry and leadership courses.
