Join this panel discussion for an overview of current trends, opportunities, challenges and risks of the new forms of digital money that are currently being developed.
Two research and innovation projects will be presented. A panel of experts will discuss about digital money, touching upon the enabling technology – from decentralised ledgers and cryptocurencies, to CBDCs – the socio-economy implications, the technology, the regulatory framework, citizens’ privacy, risks and opportunities, in a dialogue with the public.
