Digital Transformation UK: Open Source Special
In this latest event from our Digital Transformation UK meetup series we will focus on Open Source and its application in financial services
Welcome to Digital Transformation UK: Open Source Special, the latest in our successful series of public meet-ups which we have been hosting since 2018.
This event is focussed on the application of Open Source software in a financial services environment and the work being undertaken by banks and other organisations to advance Open Source. These talks will be of particular interest to software engineers and those working in aligned technology roles.
This time we are pleased to host four speakers with a range of perspectives on Open Source:
Tom Halley from Lloyds Banking Group will present: Bringing Open Source Software into Banking
Jane Gavronsky and Aitana Myohl from FINOS will present: Introducing FINOS – The Fintech Open Source Foundation
Jessica Woodland-Scott and Freddie Leadsom from Deutsche Bank will present: How Deutsche Bank Contribute and Leverage Open Source
Stuart Bishop from Sonatype will present: The Shifting Landscapes of Open Source Attacks
Full outlines of each of the talks will be sent to attendees nearer the time of the event.
You can receive instant notification of future events in this series by joining our group on Meetup: Digital-Transformation-UK
Please note this is a strictly non-sales event.
