Directors’ duties and climate change in India

Please join us as we discuss Indian directors’ duties and disclosure obligations regarding climate change.

Directors’ duties and disclosure obligations surrounding climate change are increasing significantly and must be navigated uniquely by jurisdiction. This panel explores the legal landscape in India, following the launch of the latest legal opinion, ‘Directors’ obligations to consider climate change-related risk in India’ written by Mr. Shyam Divan, Senior Advocate, and Ms. Sugandha Yadav and Ms. Ria Singh Sawhney, Advocates.
