Technology has truly impacted the way we live our day-to-day lives and recruitment is no exception with the use of tech having a big impact on the hiring process. Today, both companies and job seekers are using technology to stay ahead and stay relevant.

A key priority is often ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and technology has revolutionised this by making jobs easier to find, information being more accessible and making the process more personalised for candidates. For job seekers, the candidate experience plays a key role in deciding whether they want to work for a company or not.

From looking at innovative candidate attraction strategies and using technology in job design and advertising, to assessing and selecting top talent as well as how technology can be harnessed to create a world-class onboarding experience, we will share tips, ideas and best practice which you can use as an employer as well as consider as a job seeker.
