Infrastructure Automation on Azure with Terraform – Part 1

Infrastructure Automation on Azure with Terraform – Part 1

Terraform is an open-source infrastructure as code software tool for building, changing, and versioning infrastructure safely and efficiently. Terraform can manage existing and popular service providers as well as custom in-house solutions. With Terraform, users define and provide data center infrastructure using a declarative configuration language known as HashiCorp Configuration Language, or optionally JSON. In this course, you will learn the core principles of Terraform and how it is different from Cloud-native tools like CloudFormation from AWS, Azure Resource Manager for Azure or Google Cloud Deployment Manager. You will be shown the nuances of how it is used in the context of “Infrastructure as Code” to provision and manage any cloud, infrastructure, or service. You will expand your Terraform knowledge to the next level by learning many of the most important advanced features like loops, if statements, conditionals, for-each loop, functions, provisioners, data and imports. In this course you will learn to use Terraform to build a production-ready multi-tier application right from scratch.

The event is finished.
