L&D: Leveraging cognitive science to change behaviours with Dawn Metcalfe
Learn the six principles of cognitive science that you should be incorporating into your training to ensure your interventions stick.
The webinar is taking place on Tuesday 27 July 2021 at 1pm – 2pm UAE time (GMT +4).
The past year has accelerated change in the way we work, learn, and collaborate. While people professionals have led this transformation, we have learnt the critical role that line managers play in supporting a learning culture and developing for performance. Yet, over half of line managers never receive any formal training to develop their teams – and too much time, energy and resources are wasted on training that doesn’t work. Workplace culture advisor Dawn Metcalfe argues we know how to do it better – and yet, we don’t.
In this insightful webinar presented in collaboration with ICS Learn Group, she will cover six principles of cognitive science that you should be incorporating into your training to ensure your interventions stick and deliver true value.
