London CTOs Roundtable: Building your first Engineering Team
Join us on on Tuesday 23rd November as Chris Arnold hosts a roundtable of CTOs on building your first Engineering Team
Congratulations! Not only are you the sole technical guru, but you’re also the CTO. You recognise that you can’t get where you need to go without more people and skillsets, but how do you do that? Who should you hire? What skills should you learn? What should you do first? What should you definitely not do?
In this first of two roundtable discussions, we’ll be asking for advice from those who have already trodden this path, and built an engineering team of about a dozen people. What worked well. What was a disaster? What surprised you? What would you do differently next time?
