Marketing the Library webinar 1: Campaign planning
Libraries Connected and Creative Concern invite you to a webinar on planning a marketing campaign to promote your events and services.
Join Libraries Connected and communications agency Creative Concern for expert guidance on how to plan a marketing campaign.
This is the first of three webinars in our Marketing the Library project. It will take you through the seven key steps of campaign planning, answering the question ‘Why plan?’ and including identifying a target audience, producing clear messaging and measuring success.
This session will be a combination of presentation and Q&A offering practical tips and guidance around campaign planning. There will be time at the end for additional questions. The session is open to all library staff and volunteers.
About Marketing the Library
Marketing the library is our new project, funded by Arts Council England, to help libraries to develop their ability to deliver professional, targeted marketing campaigns to a range of audiences. Our members have identified a need to encourage users back to libraries, and to grow new users for their physical, digital and outreach services. The programme is supporting two networks of libraries to develop two separate targeted marketing campaigns over the next year.
