The coronavirus pandemic has exerted enormous pressure on society and forced a host of changes to how we live and work. Harvard experts say some of these adaptations have accelerated already existing trends such as the development of a cashless society, the increase in remote work, and the decline of brick-and-mortar retail, and they expect some of these will become a more permanent part of the post-pandemic’s “new normal.”

This session covers insights on pre-mid and post-pandemic shopping trends, consumer behaviors and business transformations in North America. Digital transformation is not new. Is it necessary for a business to devise a strategy by understanding online shopping behaviors? What are the Pre-Mid-Post Pandemic online shopping trends and behaviors?
