Technology-related injuries now effect a large part of the population due to the overuse of smartphones and computers. Conditions such as “Tech Neck”, “Texting Thumb”, and general wrist & hand pain can be very hard to avoid when it’s necessary to use these devices for your career and everyday life. Today we will address simple modifications that can be made to your workstation and posture, as well as physical therapy exercises, that can help to correct this pain.
