The Digital Future for Water Utilities

Digital transformation – use technology to shape your organization and help make the right decisions at the right time

Water Around the World – Local Problems. Global Solutions. is an event series launched in 2021 that highlights water-related problems across the US, and the innovative solutions that may be available elsewhere around the world.
Water utilities across the U.S. have always focused on planning ahead and at the same time being able to justify to their customers and regulators the prudence and efficiency of their capital and operating expenditure.
This event, sponsored by The Consulate General of Denmark, will discuss how the proper application of digital technologies — everything from sensors, edge devices, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) to artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) — can help water utilities meet challenges by making smarter use of existing assets, increasing reuse of water while simultaneously releasing resources, and replenishing water ecosystems.
