Time Management – Overcoming the challenges to getting stuff done

In this interactive workshop we will:
– identify the different facets of effective time management
– utilise a task prioritisation tool to support scheduling
– explore how self talk patterns impact our task motivation
– know how to use the procrastination equation to increase motivation
This workshop will help you to recognise what your own challenges to time management are and the starting points for overcoming them.
This event will be run via zoom meeting and is practical. Be prepared to discuss ideas, practice tools, work in groups and use the chat to get the most out of the session.
